Mock Trial
We just interviewed the Mock Trial group in room 405 at Temple’s main campus. We discovered that they were planning a mock trial case on Badger aero mechanical. This company created windmills, which polluted the groundwater. They are debating whether it is legal or illegal to dump chemicals from the creation of windmills. Not only did we learn about what they are researching, but we also found out a little about them as a group. They are BITS mock trial, but they call themselves the G squad. They enjoy socializing with peers and mentors. Everyone in this group has their own role in the case that they will play, such as an attorney, witnesses, defendant, and plaintiff. At the end of the program, they will be acting in front of former mayor John Street. The program will help them become a better public speaker and build social skills. I think that would be a great way to inform the communty how we pollute the world.
